2019 Sabine Hall Viognier

Our 2019 Sabine Hall Viognier was made mostly in stainless steel with a portion aged in neutral French barrels. This Viognier has a nice floral nose reminiscent of honeysuckle, followed by soft stone fruits on the palate. The slight residual sugar gives to the wine a smooth, approachable mouth-feel. This Viognier is a pleasant wine that complements fish and seafood dishes.
