Selection/Exchange Policy- PCW will select the wines sent to and picked up by members. - Members are able to exchange a wine for a bottle of equal or lesser value for no additional charge - Members are able to exchange a wine for a bottle greater in value and the difference will be charged to your card on file at your wine club discount of 20% - The selected wines are guaranteed for a period of two months. If the promised wine is no longer available after that time, a wine of equal or lesser value or the newest vintage of the promised wine will be provided to you at no additional charge.
Shipping Policy- Wines need to be shipped to an address where someone over 21 will be Monday – Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. - Wines are shipped via UPS, who delivers between Monday and Friday, during the hours of 9 AM through 5 PM. - Packages will require the signature of someone 21 years or older. - UPS will attempt three deliveries, after which, if they are unsuccessful, the wines are returned to the winery and wine club members will be notified. - Members are responsible for secondary shipping fees of the same package. - Members will also need to notify the wine club manager of any address changes.
Cancellation Policy- By joining the PCW wine club you agree to a one-year commitment to purchase the wines outlined in the Club Membership Application. If the membership is canceled before the commitment is met, a $35 early termination fee will be applied. - We require written notice of cancellation 30 days in advance via email at firstname.lastname@example.org - Once canceled, already paid for wines must be picked up within 60 days. Wines not picked up will be returned to inventory and no refunds will be issued (unless other arrangements have been made). - We reserve the right to terminate wine club memberships after a six-month period of inability to charge. Wines may be returned to inventory. Refunds are not issued in this case.
