2019 Pink 1762

2019 Pink 1762

Our Pink 1762 was made from 100% Chambourcin processed like a Rosé then fortified with grape brandy. Lighter in body than our ruby style 1762, our 2019 Pink 1762 is still a rich, robust drink that port drinkers will expect. The main difference between this wine & our 1762, besides the color, is that neutral wine barrels, rather than whiskey barrels, were used for the aging process. This gives the wine more fruit notes & especially less tannin. It will pair well with desserts and strong cheeses, plus makes an excellent dessert on its own.  A wine club exclusive, available just in time for Valentine’s Day!

It’s an excellent bottle. My only regret is that I only bought three and have already finished one.
