2019 Shirley Chardonnay
A classic barrel-fermented Chardonnay, this is a very full-bodied white. Buttery on the nose, the primary flavors are those of the fruit – pineapple, oxidized apple, etc. With an extremely round texture, the wine finishes with notes of vanilla from the oak.
With such a full body, this is a white wine that can stand up to heavier food pairings – pork, rich and creamy sauces, egg-based dishes like quiche lorraine. A classic pairing with crab cakes.

2020 Sabine Viognier
Our 2020 Sabine Hall Viognier was made entirely in stainless. A fresh, citrusy nose gives way to a very juicy wine on the palate. The palate is dominated by tropical fruit flavors.
Due to its weight, this is a white wine that can be paired with heavier dishes like pork, chicken, and rich creamy sauces. Its moderate acidity also lends it to pair extremely well with seafood.

This off-dry white wine is made to be crisp, bright, & well balanced, especially enjoyable in the spring and summer months of the year. 100% Vidal Blanc aged in stainless steel. Vidal Blanc’s natural acidity is retained in this wine, making it a fantastic grape to use for off-dry wines, as the sweetness & tartness complement each other perfectly. A lively wine with notes of lemon & grass throughout the nose & palate, it rejuvenates the palate with each sip.
The perfect accompaniment to spicy cuisine like Mexican, Thai, & Sushi.

2021 Rosewell Rosé
Made from 100% direct pressed Chambourcin and fermented in stainless steel this wine begins with aromatics of candied strawberry and cherry. On the palate, these red fruit flavors carry through from beginning to end along with a bright acidity that jumps out immediately on the front and lingers to the end.
Surprisingly full-bodied and dark for a rosé. This wine pairs well with salads, seafood, and poultry.
