White Wines

2015 Shirley Chardonnay

Made from 100% Chardonnay, aged 10 months entirely in neutral French oak barrels. The nose at first featuring pear and citrus opens up to a refreshing minerality. 70% malolactic fermentation gives the wine a creamy mouth-feel with just enough malic acid retained to give the wine a bright fruit presence.
A refreshing white wine with a clean finish, it is perfectly well suited beside Monkfish served over rice pilaf and fresh zucchini.
Glass: $11.00 Bottle: $30.00 Club: $24.00

2019 Sabine Viognier

The 2019 Sabine Hall Viognier was made mostly in stainless steel with a portion aged in neutral French barrels. This Viognier has a nice floral nose reminiscent of honeysuckle, followed by soft stone fruits on the palate. The slight residual sugar gives to the wine a smooth, approachable mouth-feel.
The palate is complex with layers of citrus cream, wet stone and enough structure from the oak to allow for a multitude of food pairings. This Viognier is a pleasant wine that complements fish and seafood dishes.
Glass: $11.00 Bottle: $32.00 Club: $25.60

2020 Gov. Fauquier

This off-dry wine, coming in at 1.5% residual sugar, is made from 100% Vidal Blanc, and is done entirely in stainless steel. A very citrus driven nose gives way to tropical fruit flavors on the palate. Melon and lychee are the dominant flavors on the front of the palate, with a distinct grassy and lemon finish.
The slight sweetness makes this an extremely versatile wine for food pairings, especially well-suited for spicier foods like Latin, Thai, and Japanese cuisine.
Glass: $9.00 Bottle: $24.00 Club: $19.20

2020 Rosewell Rosé

This wine is made from 100% Chambourcin grape, aged in stainless, this wine is bursting with ripe fruit flavors of strawberry and melon distinctly found only in Rosé of Chambourcin. A medium to full bodied wine with moderate acidity makes it extremely approachable and refreshing.
Given its weight, it can be paired with richer foods – chicken, tomato-based dishes, and pork are an excellent match. Exceptional with a range of cheeses and cured meats, this wine is still delicate enough to pair nicely with a summer salad as well.
Glass: $10.00 Bottle: $29.00 Club: $23.20

Red Wines

2020 Ten Vines Red

This table wine is a medium bodied red blend of 75% Cabernet Franc, 22% Tannat, & 3% Petit Verdot. This wine is dominated by fresh red fruit flavors throughout. Inspired by Beaujolais nouveau, it is a wine intended to be drunk young. Minimal aging time ensures a lively wine with little tannin.
An excellent red for the spring and summer, it is sure to please both red and white drinkers alike and it pairs very well with tomato-based sauces and heavier seafood such as tuna and salmon.
Glass: $11.00 Bottle: $32.00 Club: $25.60

2019 Magnolia Farm Norton

Previously known as the Oatlands, the Magnolia Farms is our Norton and Chambourcin Blend. Two Virginia favorites known for their intensity of color. On the palate, Chambourcin brings a softness not typically seen in Norton blends. On the mid palate, cherry flavors dominate.
Medium in body with a sharp acidity, this wine is extremely food friendly. An excellent pairing for poultry and turkey dishes. Our recommend Thanksgiving wine!
Glass: $11.00 Bottle: $32.00 Club: $25.60

2019 Cleve

The 2019 Cleve, our flagship wine, is back! An outstanding vintage of our flagship wine, the result of 2019 being one of the best years in Virginia in recent memory.
Robust and full bodied, the 2019 Cleve is a blend of Petit Verdot & Tannat. Petit Verdot contributes a solid acidity to this wine, providing structure in addition to the distinct earthy and savory flavors the variety is prized for.  Tannat, meanwhile, brings a fruitiness that presents itself most obviously on the nose and front palate of this wine.  Extended aging in oak is apparent on the nose and mid-palate, where vanilla notes can be found but do not mute the fruit.  The finish is very long, with the oak and seed tannins well integrated.
Pairs well with the richest foods such as steak, lamb, veal, sausage, and duck. An excellent accompaniment to hearty cheeses.
Glass: $23.00 Bottle: $68.00 Club: $54.40

Dessert & Specialty Wines

2017 Sweet Danielle

This is a dessert wine loaded with ripe tropical notes. The wine literally flies out of the glass with notes of candied pineapple, lush apricots, and passionfruit. On the palate, the wine has a mouth-watering entry followed by a seriously viscous mid palate that lingers on and on. After the first taste, residual flavors of pineapple, pear, and apricot linger on the palate and ultimately flows into a long, smooth finish.
Our Sweet Danielle is the perfect wine to serve with a variety of desserts like crème brulée, key lime pie, or even served as dessert itself.
½ Glass: $8.00 Bottle: $22.00 Club: $17.60

2015 1762 (Port-Style)

Our wine club exclusive port-style wine is 100% Chambourcin aged in Bourbon Whiskey barrels from the A. Smith Bowman distillery for 38 months. It is fortified shortly after fermentation with high alcohol brandy and is both unfiltered and unfined. This wine shows an intense deep red color with orange hues from longer barrel aging. On the palate, it is full of ripe red fruit flavors, rich dark chocolate, and a touch of bourbon leading to a long-lasting finish.
This port is an after dinner sipping wine that pairs well with both mild goat cheese as well as aromatic blue cheese. A fine cigar is also a worthy companion for this wine.
½ Glass: $18.00 Bottle: ($42.00) Club: $33.60

Valley View Hard Cider

VA Perfection Dry Cider

This cider is a refreshing dry cider, finished in oak, and lightly carbonated. A blend of Stayman, Fuji, and Red Delicious apples. The use of oak and lees aging has cut the tartness down, which provides a smooth, clean cider with very little residual sugar. While apple flavors dominate, this cider has a floral nose that is consistent in all our ciders and lingering finish of American oak.
Glass: $8.00 Howler: $25.00 Growler: $45.00

VA Apple Hard Cider

Featuring the same apple blend, the VA Apple was aged in Steel and is the sweeter of the two hard ciders. In this cider, the Stayman bring a nice tartness to the cider, which is nicely balanced by a slightly sweet finish coming from the Fuji. A surprisingly floral nose gives way to a nicely balanced palate that strikes a perfect balance between sweet and tart.
