Fruit forward light red wine. The same grapes as used to produce our 2021 Rosewell but fermented in neutral oak rather than stainless steel and with a different yeast strain. More full-bodied than a typical rosé due to some lees aging. The presence of wood during fermentation helped lock in color pigments, creating a deeply hued rosé. Lots of red fruit flavors on the nose and palate with more mellow acidity and rich texture. The ultimate sipping wine for springtime.
